Ocean Telecom have compiled a list of Hold Music to choose from. There are a few options for music/marketing on hold:
- Use one of our free music files
- Get a company to create bespoke music on hold for you which has marketing information
- Play any current music of your choice
Free Music
You can use any of the music files below free of charge. Download and play them to decide, left click to play them or right click and select save to download.
Bespoke Music
If you would like to provide your own music/marketing on hold then it must be provided as a WAV file in the format 8Khz, 16 bit, Mono, PCM. The company creating the file for you will be able to provide the file in the format required.
The file cannot exceed 10mb in size or more than 5 minutes
Any Music
If you want to play any general music then you will probably need to purchase a performing rights license
